Most of us were taught the importance of setting goals but not HOW to actually set them.

If we WERE taught how to set them it was with methods that are way too rigid for real life, and while we all *wish* we could be that perfect type-a human that can “set it and forget it” and still follow through, most of us are NOT that person.

Some of us even tend to forget to drink the freshly brewed coffee in the cup right next to us (or is that just me?) - so what chance does the random list of resolutions you wrote on January 1st stand? Zero.

When you have a brain that moves a hundred miles an hour, your brain is already on to more captivating and interesting things - by the time you finish writing that list. Trust me, I KNOW.
